We try, at all times, to undergrade the condition of items for sale, to assure customer satisfaction.  Scans can also be made on request.  All items sold on this website are original, genuine & authentic.   
Returns
In accordance with the 'Distance Selling' UK law you are welcome to cancel an order providing you dispatch a written request (e-mail  or letter) within 7 days from the moment the goods arrive.
Upon the safe receipt of the returned goods you will receive an appropriate and fair return of monies according to the condition of the returned goods.  Goods that are returned in the condition they left us will get a full refund. Goods that have received damage since initial dispatch from us will incur a penalty to the amount that the value of the goods has been reduced by.  You will not receive any refund for goods that fail to return or are returned in a condition that renders them unsaleable.

Here at HGIMAGES we want our Customers to be thoroughly delighted with every aspect of their dealings with us. Things occasionally can go wrong however, we all make mistakes sometimes, but be sure that we will fall over backwards to correct any possible error.  30 years in the business has built for us a good relationship with our many customers, some of whom became good friends too, and it is because we are ourselves collectors also, that we understand most aspects of the collecting hobbies.  Ask us if you are searching for specific items or themes, as we hold a vast stock which is not all shown on our web-site shops.
 Delivery
 We aim to post-ship the next day normally, but certainly within 5 working days, after the receipt of cleared funds.
Sometimes, the on-line shipping calculator, assesses postage costs re per item and creates a total cost that is TOO high, we are always happy to combine similar lots into one packet to save postage costs, and this can be discussed via email.  If postage is paid at a price that is too high, we will assume that extra insurance is required and will use the excess payment to do that.   Just ask us via email if unsure.  We are flexible and accommodating.   
Please note that we usually post our smaller items out by Royal Mail.  If you are not in when they attempt delivery, they will leave a card with the address and telephone number of your local delivery office. This will be held for a period of seven days only after which it will eventually come back to us. Should this happen, then we may require payment of a redelivery charge prior to sending the item(s) back out to you.
